A block of rooms, at a reduced rate, has been set aside for anyone wishing to spend the night at the Hyatt Place located across the parking lot from the Bend XPO where the Night to Shine Prom will be held. To book a room, you can use the link below or the QR Code.

They will both open the Hyatt website. Simply enter your check in date, check out date and click “Book Now”. The code will automatically display available rooms for the contracted block between the dates of February 10, 2023 & February 11, 2023. If you wish to book a reservation outside of these dates, please contact the hotel directly.
Your deadline for room reservations is January 20, 2023.
Guests are also welcome to make reservations via phone by calling 309.755.6000 – press “1” to book new reservations at Hyatt Place and reference group "G-NGHT". Please note that our group block is under "Night to Shine Prom Room Block" and is in Hyatt Place and all reservation requests should be made for Hyatt Place.
